Mango Avocado Salad
I love all the mexican flavors in this salad. It fills you up and is healthy, vegan, gluten free and dairy free. It’s great as is, or with a scoop of salsa and a few chips to go with it.

Mango Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
Spring mix
mango, diced
can of black beans, drained and rinsed
corn
tomatoes, diced
avocado, diced
green bell pepper, sliced
red onion
handful of cilantro
I love this with Briana’s Cilantro Lime dressing, Blush Red Wine Vinaigrette, or Ranch.
