Meatless Queso Dip
This Meatless Queso Dip is delicious served with fresh veggies, chips, chicken, pretzel rolls and even as a sauce on hamburgers or hot dogs. It’s super quick and easy to make! Serve it at your next party or bottle it up for a friend. It’s a fabulous gluten free salty snack!

Ingredients:
32 oz velveeta cheese, sliced or cubed
1/2 cup Herdez Roasted Salsa Roja Medium
1/2 cup Herdez Salsa Casera Medium
3/4 cup milk (more if desired if you want a thinner sauce)
1 TBSP taco seasoning

Directions:
In a pan on the stove at medium heat, melt the cheese with the salsa, stirring constantly. When the cheese is mostly melted, add the milk and taco seasoning. Stir constantly until everything is smooth. Give a quick stir and serve.
You can also make this in the microwave. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
