Pumpkin Cupcakes with Snickerdoodle Frosting
Pumpkin Cupcakes:
INGREDIENTS:
1 box spice cake mix
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
2 TBSP vegetable oil
3 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together. Put cupcake liners in cupcake tins. Pour mixture in. Bake at 350 F degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 12 cupcakes.

Snickerdoodle Frosting:
INgreDIENTS:
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1-2 TBSP milk
1/2 TBSP vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Mix together. When cupcakes are cool, swirl or spread frosting on top.
